The Speaker Ready Room Experience
The Speaker Ready Room (SRR) provides a centralized location for your speakers to upload, edit, replace or finalize their presentation. The database is the foundation that organizes your session data by date, location, presenting time, session information, and the speaker's name. Utilizing the venue's private network, presentation files are synced from the server to the meeting rooms. The system promotes an organized presentation workflow to ensure success at your next conference event.
Online Portal Pre-Submission
Customize a home landing page with colors, banners and your own verbiage to communication important details to your speakers for the conference and presentation submission
Activate email notifications for up to 2 email addresses when files get uploaded
Enable deadline cutoff time for submission uploads
No login is required by the speaker for simplicity of submission uploads. Simply publish the portal's URL to give speakers access to the site, search and filter the presentation record, and submit files.
The date and time of submission is appended to the filename to ensure that you have the latest file
Download each file separately or in a bulk zip file
